We make contact
We reach out to learn more about your business and your capital needs.
We work our network
We take your file to the lenders in our network best suited to it and find a solution for you.
Get funded
You review the terms, sign, and the lender disburses the funds.
We know where your deal belongs.
We're not a bank or a lender. Creative-Fi is a broker with a network of 100+ lenders, and the value isn't just in the size of the list, it's knowing which lenders say yes to which file. Your information goes only to the partners we're actively pursuing for your deal, and it is never sold or shared beyond that.

Established businesses with a real plan.
Creative-Fi works best with businesses that have some history behind them and are ready to put capital to work.
Established operating history
Typically 5+ years in business. Newer companies may still qualify with a strong personal guarantee.
Real revenue
Usually $1M+ in annual revenue. Creative-Fi is built for substance, not survival financing.
Clean commercial credit
A healthy business credit profile and comparable trade debt strengthen almost every structure we arrange.
Straight answers.
What does it cost to get prequalified? +
Nothing. The first step is a short conversation about your business and what the capital is for. No documents, no credit pull, no obligation.
Are you a bank? +
No. Creative-Fi is a commercial finance broker, not a bank or direct lender. Financing is arranged through a network of third-party banks, lenders, and funding sources, which is what lets us shop your file instead of fitting it to one institution's box.
How long does funding usually take? +
Most working capital and equipment files fund in two to four weeks. Commercial real estate can run longer depending on appraisal and title. Asset based products can fund in days once approved. Timelines vary by transaction, product, and lender.
Do I need collateral? +
It depends on the structure and lender. Some working capital products are unsecured based on cash flow and credit profile; others, including most SBA 7(a) loans, typically require collateral and a personal guarantee.
What if a bank has already declined us? +
That's a common reason businesses come to us. A single lender's decline reflects that lender's credit box, not the whole market. We look at what made the file hard and take it to partners whose appetite fits it.
Can I qualify with under 2 years in business? +
It's possible with a strong personal guarantee, but Creative-Fi is generally built for businesses with an established operating history and steady revenue. Newer businesses are welcome to start the conversation.
See what you'd actually qualify for.
The first step is a short conversation. No documents, no credit pull, no obligation. Tell us about your business and we'll tell you, plainly, what fits.
